Turn messy data into pricing power, performance visibility, and better decisions.
I help industrial distributors, manufacturers, healthcare companies, and sales-driven teams build practical reporting, CRM, and automation systems that leadership can actually use. The goal is simple: cleaner data, faster answers, and stronger operating leverage.
Built for companies that know they have valuable data but do not yet have the infrastructure, visibility, or internal bandwidth to use it well.
Old-school files. Bad distributor data. Manual reports. Vague requests. No clean view of what is actually happening.
Practical systems that help companies compete.
Most companies do not need a giant transformation project. They need someone who can understand the business, clean up the inputs, connect the systems, and build reporting that leadership, sales, and operations will actually use.
Executive, sales, and category reporting
Power BI and reporting systems that make it easier to see revenue trends, customer activity, pricing pressure, rep performance, category movement, and operational bottlenecks.
- Executive KPI dashboards
- Sales and territory performance reporting
- Category management analytics
- Customer and end-user visibility
Make disconnected systems work together
I connect messy files, CRM data, operational systems, and external feeds into something usable, consistent, and easier to trust.
- Distributor POS file normalization
- API integrations and automation
- Salesforce and ERP reporting feeds
- Data cleanup and validation logic
Track leakage, rebates, and performance
For industrial and channel-driven businesses, the hard part is rarely getting data. It is knowing whether it matches, what it means, and how to use it for better leverage.
- Rebate tracking support
- Pricing and margin visibility
- Contract performance reporting
- Distributor accountability views
Salesforce reporting, workflows, and process design
I build the systems behind rep activity tracking, automated reporting, round summaries, opportunity visibility, and process accountability.
- Salesforce objects and workflow logic
- Automated customer summary reporting
- Rep activity and capacity tracking
- Opportunity and inactivity mapping
Partner, vendor, and customer-facing reporting portals
Sometimes the highest-value system is not internal. I build secure portals that let customers, manufacturers, vendors, or partners view the right data without manual reporting every week.
- Vendor login portals
- Customer reporting portals
- Power BI Embedded experiences
- Secure external data access
Use AI where it actually saves time
I use AI as a practical accelerator, not a buzzword. That means faster mapping, automation, cleanup logic, and project delivery without turning the business into an experiment.
- Workflow acceleration
- Automation design support
- Internal tooling prototypes
- Analyst replacement opportunities
Where this work creates the most leverage.
My edge is not generic tech consulting. It is understanding business environments where data exists but is still hard to trust, hard to use, or hard to explain.
Industrial distributors & manufacturers
Especially teams dealing with distributor POS files, rebate complexity, customer visibility gaps, category reporting, or pricing pressure. This is where my 3M experience is the most directly transferable.
Healthcare companies & partner networks
Organizations needing stronger reporting, partner-facing portals, customer performance packets, HIPAA-aware process automation, and better visibility into operations and field activity.
Retail agencies & multi-vendor environments
Agencies and groups that need manufacturers and vendors to log in, view their own reporting, and stop relying on manual data pulls and email chains.
Owner-led growth companies
Companies that know they need better data and reporting but do not have a full internal team to design architecture, translate requirements, and carry execution across sales, operations, and IT.
Examples of systems I have built.
These examples show the type of work I do best: translating messy inputs and vague requests into useful systems that support leadership, sales, customers, partners, and operations.
Healthcare revenue intelligence & customer reporting platform
Built integrated reporting and portal infrastructure connecting Salesforce, Brightree, financial systems, CMS-related data, and operational reporting to give customers and leadership better visibility.
Round summary automation & field performance tracking
Built Salesforce-based round summary workflows and automated customer-facing reports that capture what was covered, what was not covered, and key field activity data needed to manage rep performance and customer communication.
End-user and distributor performance analytics
Supported large-scale industrial distribution reporting environments where distributor POS data, end-user sales activity, and account performance had to be cleaned, validated, and translated into reporting leadership could use.
Vendor performance portal for manufacturers selling into Target
Built a secure portal for manufacturers and vendors to log in and view reporting tied to Target-facing retail performance, using automated file intake and linked reporting logic instead of repeated manual requests.
Built in real operating environments, not sandbox demos.
My background started in Power BI and business-facing analytics, then moved deeper into backend data work, integration, workflow automation, portals, and system design. That combination matters because most companies do not just need a dashboard. They need someone who can understand the business problem, clean up the source data, and build the full path from raw input to usable decision-making.
Approachable with sales. Technical enough for IT. Practical enough for leadership.
I am not a pure engineer and I am not a slide-deck consultant. My advantage is that I can work with sales teams, operators, leadership, and technical stakeholders without losing the thread of what the business is actually trying to accomplish.
My career started around sales, accounting, analytics, and commercial environments before expanding deeper into data visualization, backend logic, CRM systems, automation, and portal development. That means I can tell the story, build the logic, and connect the systems.
If you are in an old-school distribution, manufacturing, healthcare, or sales-driven environment and feel like the data problem is real but hard to describe, that is usually where I do my best work.
Flexible ways to work together.
Most work starts with a focused conversation and a clear business problem. Some projects are scoped builds. Others become ongoing support for reporting, CRM, automation, or performance visibility.
Dashboard or performance reporting project
Good fit for leadership dashboards, sales performance views, category reporting, data cleanup, or one major reporting stream.
CRM, portal, or automation project
Best for Salesforce workflows, external reporting portals, operational automation, integrated reporting, or customer-facing systems.
Fractional data / reporting partner
For teams that need a practical operator who can stay involved across reporting, automation, troubleshooting, prioritization, and next-step architecture.
Simple from the first conversation.
The first step is not a giant proposal. It is a straightforward discussion about what is broken, what is possible, and where the fastest leverage is.
Understand the real problem
I listen for the business issue behind the request, not just the tool someone thinks they need.
Map the data and systems
We identify where the inputs are, what is broken, and what needs to connect.
Build the useful version first
I focus on practical wins, clean visibility, and systems people will actually use.
Expand from there
Once the foundation is right, we can add automation, external access, AI support, and more advanced reporting.
Let’s talk through what is messy, manual, or unclear.
The best fit conversations usually start with one of these:
Leadership still cannot get a clean answer without asking multiple people or digging through spreadsheets.
Common in distributor, vendor, POS, and multi-system environments.
That is often where I can create the fastest leverage.
